John Spiten

John Spiten is the managing attorney at Nicolet Law Accident & Injury Lawyers for Minnesota. Nicolet Law Accident & Injury Lawyers has offices located throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and Iowa. He focuses his practice on personal injury matters, including car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, motor vehicle accidents, and dog bites.

A seasoned attorney with a distinguished educational background, Mr. Spiten earned his Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2012. His commitment to legal excellence was evident even during his undergraduate years, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Saint John's University in 2009.

Mr. Spiten interned at one of the biggest insurance firms in America while he was a law student. After his time with the insurance firms, he became determined to aid others who had been hurt. After he graduated from law school, he was employed by a downtown Saint Paul law firm. He wanted to replicate his success in transforming that law firm on his own. He established his own successful legal practice in 2012 until being acquired by Nicolet Law.

An understanding and compassionate attorney, Mr. Spiten has made it his life's work to fight for the rights of injured people and secure them the compensation they need. Listening to his clients, keeping them informed, and making sure they understand the process are his top priorities. An active member of various legal associations that further reflect his dedication to the legal profession, Mr. Spiten has memberships in the Minnesota State Bar Association, Ramsey County Bar Association and the Minnesota Association for Justice.
