Jonathan has over 30 years of family law experience. His mission as is to provide a supportive environment for families undergoing transitions, helping you find amicable solutions to complex issues such as divorce, child custody, property division, and more.
Jonathan understands that family matters are deeply personal and can often be emotionally charged. He combines his legal experience with a caring approach to facilitate constructive communication between parties. He believes in empowering families to reach agreements that work for everyone involved, particularly when children are concerned.

- Divorce Mediation: Helping couples reach agreements through mediation, with respect and understanding, ensuring both parties’ interests are considered,
- Child Custody and Parenting Time Mediation: Assisting parents in developing fair and sustainable custody agreements that prioritize the best interests of the children.
- Spousal Support and Property Division Mediation: Helping you navigate financial matters in a way that feels equitable and just.
- Child Support Mediation: Helping couples determine the appropriate amount of child support.
- Post-Decree Modification Mediation: Working with families when they want to make changes to a prior Court Order or Stipulation.
- SENE and FENE Evaluation: Providing parties with a comprehensive evaluation of the issues they are facing, along with possible outcomes, followed by mediation in an attempt to resolve those issues.
- Parenting Consultant: Working with couples to improve their communication. Making decisions when parents are unable to agree.

- Representation: Representing individuals in all areas of family law, including divorce, custody, parenting time, division of assets, paternity, and post-decree modifications.
Jonathan was the host of a call-in radio show called “Family Affairs” on myTalk107.1. He has guest-starred on other television and radio programs to discuss issues of divorce, including War of the Roses on 101.3 KDWB. Mr. Fogel also served as the Legal Correspondent for KMSP Television Channel 9. Jonathan and his bonus daughter recently wrote a book entitled, "One Family, Two Homes. A Kids Book on Divorce to Help Navigate Change."
