I help families navigate the extremely stressful and complex nuances of family law. Whether its divorce, custody, child support, spousal maintenance or property division issues, I help my clients understand and focus on their rights and options. This allows them to make decisions that meet their family’s needs for the future and reduce the risk of conflict. I assist couples with the drafting of pre and post marital agreements. My practice also focuses on handling third-party custody and visitation matters, adoption, harassment and protection orders and paternity.
Family law matters can be extremely stressful and emotional, especially when involving children. Helping clients through this difficult time with their end goals in mind is extremely fulfilling work.
Outside of practicing law, I love volunteering and spending time with my son and husband. I credit my father for making me an avid Minnesota Vikings fan. I also enjoy boating on the St. Croix River with my family, gardening, traveling and running.
