A judicious attorney and stalwart companion to his clients, Justin H. Jenkins maintains a nationwide presence for his work regarding Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) partnerships, helping nonprofit and for-profit organizations preserve their affordable housing projects and exit the LIHTC 15-year compliance period with grace and poise. From the law office of BC Davenport in Minneapolis, Minnesota, he also helps clients in many other facets of real estate law, as well as in trusts and estates for both businesses and individuals and counseling clients on construction disputes and other issues of varying complexity.
Mr. Jenkins completed his undergraduate studies in 2002, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from St. Mary’s University. He then pursued higher studies at the Texas Tech University Rawls College of Business while simultaneously studying law at the Texas Tech University School of Law. He received both his MBA degree in general business and Juris Doctor in 2005 and, in the same year, became licensed to practice in Texas.
