Kyle L. Vick

Kyle L. Vick is a skilled civil litigation attorney serving clients in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro. As an attorney at the law firm of Hellmuth & Johnson in Edina, Minnesota, he litigates a wide array of matters that involve complex commercial disputes, real estate matters, breach of contracts, construction disputes, fiduciary and employee issues, financial exploitation, and wills and trust disputes.

Double majoring in political science and history, Mr. Vick obtained his bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2012. He graduated with his Juris Doctor with dean’s list honors from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2015. During his time there, he served as the managing editor of the Minnesota Journal of International Law and won the Best Oralist Award for legal writing. 

Authorized to practice law in the state, federal as well as the Supreme Court of Minnesota, Mr. Vick served as a law clerk at the Minnesota Court of Appeals and at the Fourth Judicial District Court of Minnesota for Hon. Judge Ronald L. Abrams. He also gained extensive experience litigating probate and trust matters at another renowned law firm in Richfield, Minnesota, before joining Hellmuth & Johnson. 

Over his career spanning seven years, Mr. Vick has also negotiated favorable settlements on behalf of his clients and mediated several disputes. He is widely regarded among his peers and clients for being innovative, down-to-earth and trustworthy. He explores every case in detail and crafts a solution with his clients’ goals and best interests in mind.
