Details
I have over 28 years of experience representing plaintiffs in employments disputes and in litigation. My experience includes class action cases where I have been lead counsel, scores of litigated matters tried to judgment before a jury of judge, and extensive experience in arbitration as well. This depth of experience gives me expertise in every area of employment law, including labor law and employee benefits issues. Discrimination and retaliation cases make up the majority of the cases we prosecute, and I have expensive experience representing senior executives and officers in employment matters, including contract and severance disputes. I am currently the owner of a "boutique" plaintiff-side employment litigation practice, and have the privilege of supervising numerous experienced litigators doing this same work.
