These comments were made by fellow attorneys during the annual nomination process.

“Lindsay was just made managing partner and a named partner of her firm after many years of hard work. She is extremely knowledgeable about insurance law issues and she is the person that many go to when they have questions. She also is the chair for a section at the MN State Bar Association. She deserves this award more than anyone else I know.”

“Lindsay is a great attorney and even greater person. She has gone well out of her way to support me as a young attorney and cares about my success.”

“Lindsay deserves to be a Super Lawyer and I highly recommend that she be selected for this honor. She is a strong female Plaintiff's attorney in the personal injury world (there are not many compared to other fields) and has risen to the top of her firm to become Managing Partner. She believe also was the chair for the MSBA Civil Litigation committee, and consistently stays involved in the legal community in any way she can.”

“Lindsay truly is a superwoman. She has been a friend and mentor to me for years. I continue to be amazed by her each year. She became a partner at her firm at a young age and continues to help grow and build the firm every year. Not only that, but she recently became a wife and mother - all while continuing to be an amazing litigator, arbitrator, mediator, mentor to many. Her networking skills are unparalleled and she is friends with people on "both sides of the aisle" - meaning she is admired and friends with both plaintiff and defense attorneys.”

“Lindsay has been named a Rising Star since 2015, but she also has a very full resume of accolades and other accomplishments that set her apart from the pack. She also became the managing partner at her firm. I can tell you that not many women in personal injury have risen to the top of their firms, and she does it all with grace and compassion and perserverance. She mentors other young attorneys (I was one of them) and consistently gets great results for her clients.”

“creative and relentless in advocating for her clients”
