Marcus Urlaub works with the estate planning and business law practice group of the Monroe Moxness Berg law firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He represents clients throughout the State of Minnesota with matters involving:

• Estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and trust administration
• Business succession and exit planning
• Business transactions
• Wealth preservation

Marcus’s practice is informed by the skills and perspective he acquired in a business environment.  Before becoming an attorney, Marcus worked in business banking, where he served a variety of emerging companies and small- to mid-sized business clients. He understands the passion entrepreneurs bring to the table, the challenges they face to grow their business, and the constant balance of risk and reward.  Marcus also has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA).

Marcus is an understanding attorney who considers the needs of his clients whether it’s related to their estate planning or business/corporate needs.
