Megan Jean Kunze

Megan Jean Kunze is an associate attorney at Madigan, Dahl & Harlan, P.A., situated in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Focusing her practice exclusively on business litigation matters, she is admitted to practice in the states of Colorado and Minnesota and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.

Ms. Kunze represents clients with legal concerns involving various areas of law, including business and commercial issues, intellectual property, employment, construction, real estate and corporate matters. Enthusiastic about participating in the legal community, Ms. Kunze has memberships in the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Hennepin County Bar Association and Minnesota Women Lawyers.

Practicing law for over six years, Ms. Kunze has centered her work around litigation and transactional matters, obtaining immense experience and skill. She is an understanding and empathetic attorney who is focused on the best interests of her clients. Providing personalized attention and solutions to each case, Ms. Kunze is firmly committed to her clients’ needs.  

Before joining Madigan, Dahl & Harlan, P.A., Ms. Kunze worked with creditor rights and consumer collection issues and represented big financial organizations. She also served as a district attorney, gaining invaluable courtroom experience.

Graduating with cum laude honors, Ms. Kunze has a bachelor’s degree in political science and history from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

In law school, Ms. Kunze received the Dean’s Scholarship, was secretary of the Student Trial Lawyers Association and was student attorney in the Adams County District Attorney's office. She was the treasurer of the Student Trial Lawyers Association Board and a participant of the College of Law Peer Mentor Program. She also mentored a high school’s mock trial team.
