Meghan Marty

Meghan Marty is a competent banking and finance attorney at Messerli | Kramer in Minneapolis, Minnesota. For more than half a decade, she has been helping individual and business clients in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metro area better their financial situation by providing comprehensive guidance in matters involving banking, tax planning, tax credit-based financing, commercial financing, commercial real estate, loan transactions and more.

A dependable and zealous professional, Ms. Marty understands that facing financial and tax issues can be intimidating and works closely with her clients to explore every option. She offers them honest advice and objective insights, enabling them to make the right decisions while also preventing issues from arising in the future. She gained valuable experience in the field by working at a bank early in her career. She also negotiates financial structures for clients and assists with complex loan documentation procedures. 

A dean’s list graduate of the University of Minnesota College of Biological Sciences, Ms. Marty completed her Bachelor of Science in biology. She received her Doctor of Jurisprudence, cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and obtained her license to practice in Minnesota in 2016. During her law school, she served as a student government president and the social committee chair of the university. She also functioned as an editor of the University of St. Thomas Law Journal.

When not advocating for the rights of her clients, Ms. Marty contributes to her legal community by maintaining active memberships in the American Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Hennepin County Bar Association, the Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW) and the Minnesota Women Lawyers.
