  • I have represented over 150 licensed professionals before their Minnesota state licensing boards, from nurses to chiropractors and doctors (and provided consultation on various practice issues for approximately ten additional clients).  My overall case results are as follows (approx.): 50% complete dismissals with no negative action taken against client's license, 45% some disciplinary action taken with preservation of ability to practice, 5% period of suspension or complete revocation of license.   All cases settled prior to going into contested cases with the exception of two.  Ultimately, both of those cases came to settlement prior to finalization of the administrative contested case procedure.  I have also defended individuals from findings of neglect maltreatment from DHS. I have sought reconsiderations and set-asides for my clients, as well as represented individuals in appeals through the Fair Hearing Process opposite the Department of Health., 2021
