Michael D. Madigan represents clients in legal matters of administrative law, alcohol beverage law and litigation, antitrust, business law, commercial law, distribution and franchise law and litigation, construction law, alternative dispute litigation, employment law, and environmental law. Located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, he also represents those throughout the state and across the nation.
In 1976, he graduated from Hampshire College with a Bachelor of Arts with a major in political science, then went on to William Mitchell College of Law, where he obtained a Juris Doctor in 1981 and graduated with honors. Mr. Madigan was also an adjunct professor at his alma mater and a member of the William Mitchell Law Review when he was in law school. For his commitment to legal ethics and professional accomplishments, he earned the highest peer rating possible of AV Preeminent* from Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Madigan is admitted to practice in Minnesota; Wisconsin; the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota; the U.S Court of Appeals for the 1st, 4th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th Circuits; and the U.S. Supreme Court.
