Michael F. Scully

Michael F. Scully is a partner at the law firm of SiebenCarey located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He concentrates his practice on personal injury matters with a special focus on workers’ compensation and auto accident insurance litigation. Serving clients throughout Minneapolis, he has over 24 years of legal experience.

Mr. Scully obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota. After which, he spent 15 years working with nonprofit, education and government organizations. He then went on to pursue law and earned his Juris Doctor from the Hamline University School of Law. 

Enthusiastically affiliated with the legal community, Mr. Scully has memberships in the Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, American Association for Justice’s Leaders Forum and the Minnesota Association for Justice, through which he actively worked with the Minnesota Workers’ Compensation Advisory Council to change Minnesota workers’ compensation laws in favor of injured staff. 

Additionally, Mr. Scully volunteers regularly at the YMCA of Hastings since 2007 and frequently speaks to labor unions about injured workers’ rights. Admitted to practice law in the state of Minnesota, he is also licensed to practice before the federal district courts. He is a Minnesota Supreme Court-certified mediator as well.
