Mr. May has been representing clients in the state since 1998, and regularly advocates for them in several courts throughout the state, including the Minnesota Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit, the U.S. District Court District for the District of Minnesota and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin as well.
