Pamela Anne Curran

Pamela Anne Curran is an attorney at Messerli | Kramer in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Serving clients in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metropolitan area, she focuses her practice on matters involving corporate law, advertising and marketing, intellectual property and technology, and mergers and acquisitions. She also is a member of the firm’s corporate group.

With a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota, Ms. Curran earned her Juris Doctor from the American University Washington College of Law. She is licensed to practice in all state courts of Minnesota and New York.

Ms. Curran worked in a New York-based firm for about six years before she joined Messerli | Kramer. At her former firm, she gained invaluable knowledge handling marketing and advertising-related proceedings. She uses this knowledge to help businesses in purchasing and commerce, advising them on general business matters. Additionally, she has experience in negotiation and drafts business agreements that cater to different purposes.

Working with family-owned and public companies, Ms. Curran is well-equipped to handle issues regarding corporate management, administration and much more. She also helps secure their copyrights and trade secrets along with providing tips to enhance their brand recognition. She renders her professional services to market the products and services through licensing agreements, statements of work, browse-wraps, clickthroughs, data security and privacy policies.

An active affiliate in the legal field, Ms. Curran is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association. She was also a former member of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, where she had previously interned.
