Paul W. Anderson

A long-serving member and partner of the Minneapolis, Minnesota, law firm of Messerli | Kramer’s Commercial Real Estate group, Paul W. Anderson is a widely recognized attorney in the Twin Cities real estate community and beyond. He is adept at handling matters that involve:

A 1981 magna cum laude graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College, Mr. Anderson pursued his legal studies at Mitchell Hamline School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctor in 1985. Licensed to practice in the state of Minnesota, he has operated as an in-house legal counsel for The Griffin Companies Inc. He lectured at the Commercial Real Estate Forum on, “Financing Tips: Issues and Pitfalls in Loan Documents” in 2014.
