She became authorized to practice law in all the state courts of Minnesota the same year. She is proficient in Swedish.

Ms. Frost holds active memberships in several professional associations such as the Ramsey County Bar Association, the Woman’s Club of Minneapolis, the Minnesota State Bar Association Family Law Section and the Douglas K. Amdahl American Inn of Court. Furthermore, she served on the Hennepin County Bar Association’s Legislative Committee and functioned as a co-chair and board member of the Ramsey County Bar Association.

In addition to her active practice, Ms. Frost delivers speeches and presentations at many continuing legal education seminars. She actively takes part in the Annual Conference of the Minnesota Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and other conferences. She has written vastly and authored scholarly articles for leading journals.

Prior to joining private practice, Ms. Frost spent five years as a public defender, where she gained extensive experience fighting for the rights and best interests of pregnant women and unemancipated teens at parental notification hearings. She also regularly volunteers to provide pro bono legal services and has been a part of the Tubman Safety Project and the Minnesotans United for All Families.
