Rachel L. Barrett

Rachel L. Barrett serves as a partner at Ciresi Conlin LLP in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she has devoted her entire career to championing individuals facing formidable institutions. Ms. Barrett earned her Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2015, where she participated in the NNALSA Moot Court Team and the Immigration Law Clinic, as well as served as a William Mitchell Fellow. Prior to law school, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hispanic studies from the University of Pennsylvania in 2008.
