Rebecca Kuehn Schack is a family law, divorce and custody attorney with Meier Schack, LLC. She represents clients in the Twin Cities area in Minnesota, and has almost two decades of experience working with families through difficult and trying times. With effective client advocacy and high standards set for herself, she also handles cases involving prenuptial agreements, parenting time and post-decree issues.
In 2000, she graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor of Arts and a major in marketing management and minor in sociology of the human work system. Ms. Schack was on the dean’s list for two years, and after undergraduate school, she moved on to law school. In 2005, she graduated from Mitchell Hamline School of Law with her Juris Doctor and is now admitted to practice in the state of Minnesota.
Ms. Schack is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota and the United States Tax Court. Her professional involvement on the board of Executive Connections LLC. She is an alumni mentor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, she is also on the board for the Lupus Foundation of America.
Ms. Schack has been serving as a City Councilmember in the city of Minnetonka since 2018, with her current term expiring in 2023.
A member of the Dakota County Bar Association, Ms. Schack is involved with the Family Law sections of several other legal organizations. These include the Ramsey County Bar Association, the Hennepin County Bar Association and the Minnesota State Bar Association. Currently she is the co-chair for the Hennepin County Bar Association Mentorship Discussion Group and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts’ co-leader.
