Reed K. Mackenzie

Reed K. Mackenzie is the founding attorney of Mackenzie Law Office, P.A., in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and a distinguished certified trial specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association. For more than 55 years, he has devoted his career to representing individuals injured or bereaved by the negligence of others. His litigation practice encompasses wrongful death and personal injury claims arising from automobile collisions, medical malpractice and product liability – particularly injuries involving medical devices.

Since graduating from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1968, Mr. Mackenzie has tried over 75 significant injury cases to verdict, securing multiple verdicts exceeding one million dollars. He has also negotiated numerous seven-figure settlements, obtaining just compensation for his clients through diligent advocacy and strategic negotiation.

An academic scholar and lifelong learner, Mr. Mackenzie was admitted to practice the same year he earned his Juris Doctor. An upstanding figure in the legal circle, he is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers – an honor reserved for those who demonstrate the highest ethical and professional standards – and a past president of the United States Golf Association, reflecting his leadership both inside and outside the courtroom.
