While a law student, she was placed on the dean’s list and earned certificates in mediation and international arbitration. 

Early in her legal career, Ms. Nyberg served as a certified student attorney at the Minnesota State Appellate Public Defender’s Office. She then functioned as a judicial clerk at the Fourth Judicial District, Hennepin County Family Justice Center, where she gained valuable experience handling many high-profile divorce cases involving contested custody disputes and complex financial issues.
