- State v. Schottle: Mr. Beito convinced the court to suppress all evidence of the defendant's blood alcohol test on the grounds that the test sample was collected without a warrant. Based on this, the all DWI charges against the defendant were dismissed., 2015
- State v. J.O.: Mr. Beito gained the dismissal of all Felony Criminal Sexual Conduct charges against the defendant, successfully arguing that the allegations were not credible considering the facts and circumstances surrounding the case., 2016
- State v. Heck: Gross Misdemeanor DWI dismissed on motion by Mr. Beito based on illegal search and seizure., 2008
- Kozumplik v. Commissioner of Public Safety: revocation of drivers license rescinded by the judge after a hearing in which Mr. Beito proved that the arresting officer violated Mr. Kozumplik's rights., 2009
- State v. Gocha: Mr. Beito won a not guilty jury verdict for his client in Swift County who was charged with five felony counts including burglary and theft. This jury trial lasted four days, but the jury needed less than 30 minutes to acquit Mr. Beito's client., 2013
- State v. Calbick: Mr. Beito gained a dismissal of all DWI charges by successfully arguing that the warrantless collection of the defendant's urine sample was illegal and the resulting test must be thrown out and not used as evidence., 2015
