Zachary Kretchmer is a family law attorney with Kretchmer Family Law, PLLC, and represents clients in the state of Minnesota. With almost two decades of experience, his practice is focused on the following family law areas: alternative dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration, neutral evaluations, child support, custody and parenting time, spousal maintenance, nonmarital property, complex financial matters and divorce. With a practice exclusively devoted to representing those who are facing the stress of changes to their families, he has a deep understanding of how important it is to provide cost-effective, fast solutions to complex problems.
A graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, Mr. Kretchmer earned his Juris Doctor in 2003. He is a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a board member of the organization’s Minnesota chapter. A founding member of the Minnesota Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and a former co-chair of the Family Law Section of the Hennepin County Bar Association.
Mr. Kretchmer is frequently invited to speak on advanced family law matters by both national and local organizations.
