Jennifer A. Beckman

Jennifer A. Beckman is a partner at the law firm of Beckman Steen & Lungstrom, P.A. Jennifer has practiced in the family area of the law for over 36 years. Her family law practice includes divorce (including high asset divorces and high conflict divorces), child custody/parenting time (including third-party custody matters), child support, property division (including business valuations and non-marital versus marital property division) spousal maintenance, post-decree issues and paternity. Jennifer initially tries to settle family law issues whether through negotiation, mediation, the collaborative law process or other alternative dispute methods. However, if a case cannot be settled,  Jennifer is an experienced litigator who is comfortable in the courtroom.  Jennifer is a volunteer attorney through Tubman's Chrysalis Center and a sponsor of Rediscovering U. Besides handling conventional divorces, Jennifer is also trained through the Collaborative Law Institute as a Collaborative Law Attorney.
