Ms. Krueger focuses her practice on divorce and custody matters, handling cases that involve contested custody, custody modifications, creation of parenting plans, requests for removal from the state, paternity, custody disputes between parents who were never married, and enforcement and contempt matters.  She has extensive experience representing clients who are living with difficult family dynamics due to chemical dependency, domestic abuse, or mental illness.  Financial issues often involve complexity, and Ms. Krueger is experienced with such complex financial issues including the determination of self-employment income; calculation of child support and child support deviations; determination of spousal maintenance, modification of child support, and modification of spousal maintenance; valuation of real property, businesses, and other assets; division of stock options and other employee benefits; non-marital tracing; and validation and enforcement of antenuptial agreements.

Using a family-focused approach, Ms. Krueger is committed to assisting her clients and their families in achieving outcomes that address not only their short-term goals, but also their long-term interests.  She advocates for her clients from the beginning of the matter and consistently finds resolutions and viable settlement options the parties have never considered.  She has over 12 years of experience representing clients at trial and is willing to take her clients through trial if that is the option that is best for them.

Ms. Krueger graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in paralegal studies from Winona State University. After working at a large Minneapolis law firm for 8 years as a litigation paralegal, she then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law, graduating cum laude.

She is serving in her fifth year on the Board of Directors for the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.
