Jacob T. Erickson

Jacob T. Erickson is a stalwart champion for his clients in their contentious legal matters, judiciously advocating for them in myriad legal issues, ranging from divorce and other family law matters to criminal defense and personal injury challenges. At Smith, Paulson, O'Donnell & Erickson, PLC, in Monticello, Minnesota, he serves residents throughout the surrounding region, and with prior experience as a city prosecutor, he understands what needs to be done to give his clients the upper hand in their cases.

A 2000 B.A. degree graduate in psychology, prelaw and peace studies from the Gustavus Adolphus College, Mr. Erickson made his first foray into the legal field through his enrollment in the Mitchell Hamline School of Law. There he strengthened his sharp legal talents and foundation, which are still evident in the representation he provides for his clients today. He received his Juris Doctor in 2003, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Minnesota.
