Biography
David values the relationships he builds with clients and takes time to understand their goals, concerns, and circumstances. For more than 15 years, he has helped individuals, families, and business owners navigate legal decisions involving their businesses, property, estates, and disputes.
David’s practice combines transactional work with courtroom experience. He advises clients on planning and agreements and represents them when conflicts require litigation. That broad perspective helps him anticipate potential problems and provide practical guidance.
His experience includes hundreds of real estate transactions, business formations, purchases and sales of businesses, and more than 1,000 estate plans. He has also guided fiduciaries through approximately 100+ probate and trust administration matters.
In addition, David has represented hundreds of clients in criminal matters ranging from traffic offenses to serious felony charges. His courtroom experience includes contested hearings, pretrial and posttrial motions, and civil and criminal trials before judges and juries.
