Thomas B. Schway

Thomas B. Schway has been providing clients in the Twin Cities area and throughout Minnesota with high-quality legal representation for a wide range of legal matters since 1981. In his practice as an attorney, Mr. Schway focuses on personal injury claims (related to auto accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, dog bites, construction site accidents and other causes), workers' compensation claims, criminal defense, and estate planning and probate-related matters. Mr. Schway is a native of St. Paul who graduated summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota in 1977, achieving Phi Beta Kappa honors as well. Mr. Schway later earned his Juris Doctorate degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 1981, and in 1986, founded his own general practice law firm located just outside St. Paul in Oakdale near the Interstate 94/694/494 interchange.
