Derrick N. Weber works out of the Plymouth, Minnesota, office of the Messerli | Kramer law firm, which has other locations in Minneapolis and Saint Paul, Minnesota. He assists clients across the region, especially in Minneapolis and the Saint Paul metro with creditor debtor rights, consumer collections and creditors’ remedies.
Graduating with a B.A. in speech-communication and criminology from the University of Minnesota in 1989, Mr. Weber earned his law degree from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 1993. Licensed to practice the same year in Minnesota, his other bar admissions include the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
