Mallory K. Stoll is a partner at Blahnik, Prchal & Stoll, PLLC. She devotes her practice to family law and juvenile law. - Prevailed in a contested adoption proceeding following a reversal from the Minnesota Court of Appeals in March 2021 (In re Welfare of Children of B.L.W., 2021 WL 1525232) and a 13-day trial wherein Mallory represented a relative to the children whose parents had consented to their adoption., 2021
- Participated as an amicus in a termination of parental rights case before the Minnesota Supreme Court which addressed the ability of the district court to terminate the parental rights of a man who was never adjudicated the father of the child who was the subject of the proceeding, 2023
