Andre A.S. Novack

A partner at the Klampe Law Firm LLC in Rochester, Minnesota, André A.S. Novack serves his clients with their personal injury matters ranging from automobile collisions, wrongful death, truck accidents and pedestrian accidents to slip-and-falls, dog bites and other animal attacks, civil rights claims involving injury, and medical malpractice. He is also knowledgeable in family law matters, mediation, and arbitration.

For more than 10 years, Mr. Novack has helped his clients to maximize results. He is highly skilled in gaining compensation for the injuries his clients have suffered at the hands of another. His methodical approach and attention to detail warrants every decision taken to get due justice. In 2023, he was selected to the list of Minnesota Super Lawyers - Rising Stars. In 2024, Martindale-Hubbell, honored André with a rating of AV-Preeminent, its highest possible distinction awarded for professional skill and ethical standards, achieved by only about 10% of lawyers based on peer assessments. In 2025, André was recognized again by Martindale-Hubbell's Judicial Edition, signifying his AV-Preeminent rating based on the evaluations of other lawyers and the members of the judiciary.

A 2008 B.A. philosophy graduate magma cum laude from The Catholic University of America, Mr. Novack held a celebrated reputation in college. He was honored into membership of Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Sigma Tau, Pi Gamma Mu, and other accolades and awards.

Eyeing for a career in law, Mr. Novack enrolled at the Mitchell Hamline School of Law (previously known as the William Mitchell College of Law) and received his Juris Doctor in 2013. During his time in law school, he was a certified student attorney and argued before the Minnesota Court of Appeals, placed first in an intra-school client counseling competition, and was a board member of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association. 

Mr. Novack is licensed to practice in Minnesota, Iowa, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. He holds membership in the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Minnesota Association for Justice, and he is a current board member and former treasurer of the Olmsted County Bar Association. He holds full proficiency in English and French and elementary proficiency in Spanish.
