Ashley Kuhn

Ashley Kuhn handles legal matters pertaining primarily to family law issues, including divorce, custody, child support, adoption, post-decree issues, third party custody, and paternity cases. Ashley Kuhn also represents clients in guardianship and conservatorship proceedings. A partner at Law Office of Ashley M. Kuhn, PLLC, in Rochester, Minnesota, she has been practicing for over a decade and is a proponent of pro bono work, being a part of the volunteer attorney program of Legal Assistance of Olmsted County since passing the bar and recently on the board of directors. 

Ms. Kuhn completed her undergraduate studies in 2008, graduating cum laude from St. Norbert College with her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and history, and in addition, spent a semester abroad in Robina, Australia. She decided to pursue legal studies at the Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor in 2011 and, in the same year, obtained her license to practice in Minnesota.

In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of Legal Assistance of Olmsted County, Ashley Kuhn is involved in legal organizations including the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Olmsted County Bar Association, and the Women Attorneys of Rochester.
