Jason Wagner

Attorney Jason Wagner is the managing attorney at Wagner Oehler, Ltd. law firm, which has offices in Rochester, Lake City, St. Charles, and Winona, Minnesota. After graduating with high distinction from the University of Minnesota in 2009, Mr. Wagner returned to his alma mater and attended the University of Minnesota Law School, where he obtained his Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 2013. While in law school, he earned recognition as a Community Engagement Scholar for his outstanding contributions to public service.

A leader in his legal community, Mr. Wagner has served as president of the board of the Elder Network, and he is an active member of the Rochester Estate Planning Council, Olmsted County Bar Association, and the Minnesota State Bar Association, among his other professional affiliations. He also volunteers his time and services with the Legal Assistance of Olmsted County Volunteer Attorney Program, where he received the organization's New Volunteer Attorney of the Year award in 2014.

Mr. Wagner is an active member of the Rochester Rotary Risers, having served as president in 2019-2020, and he is highly active with other civic, charitable, and faith-based organizations in his area.

Mr. Wagner lives in Southeastern Minnesota with his wife and three young children, where they enjoy hunting, fishing, and canoeing. They also enjoy exploring many of the parks and small communities in the area.
