Kreg A. Kauffman

Kreg Kauffman has been working for injured persons and their families for over 40 years. He specializes in negotiating, settling, and trying claims involving all areas of personal injury and wrongful death. Kreg has obtained multiple recoveries in excess of $1 million. He has been a requested speaker at the Mayo Clinic Annual Brain Injury Conference, the Brain Injury Association of Minnesota State Conference, and the Rochester Brain Injury Community Committee Conference. Kreg received the Professional Excellence Award from the MSBA as part of the consortium that provided pro bono legal services to victims of the I-35 Bridge Collapse. Kreg is a former Minnesota Judicial Law Clerk and former Iowa Assistant Attorney General - Tort Claims Division.  He is licensed to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
