Attorney Profile

Jerry J. Lindberg dedicates his practice exclusively to representing injured workers throughout the state in a range of workers' compensation matters. He brings more than three decades of experience in this area to all phases of the claim process, from ensuring that injured workers' claims are thoroughly and accurately filed in a timely manner to fighting for partial or total disability benefits on behalf of those who have suffered physical impairment on account of on-the-job accidents or repetitive motion injuries. Along with his experienced support staff, Mr. Lindberg also assists clients with re-entering the workforce after a devastating injury by securing essential vocational rehabilitation and job retraining and counseling services.

After receiving his Bachelor of Arts from St. Olaf College in 1978, Mr. Lindberg pursued his legal studies at DePaul University College of Law. After being awarded his Juris Doctor in 1981, he established a solid foundation for his legal career as a litigator with a Chicago firm before returning to Minnesota and narrowing the scope of his practice to workers' compensation matters. Mr. Lindberg is admitted to practice before Illinois and Minnesota state courts as well as the U.S. District Courts for the District of Minnesota and the Northern District of Illinois.

Firmly dedicated to remaining abreast of developments in his practice area, Mr. Lindberg is a member of the Minnesota Association for Justice and the Minnesota State Bar Association.
