Jim Conway

Attorney Jim Conway is a shareholder at Jaspers, Moriarty & Wetherille, P.A., a broad scope law firm in Shakopee, Minnesota. Mr. Conway practices in the areas of business, corporate management, contracts, debt collection, probate and estate litigation, real estate and general civil litigation. He serves clients in Scott County, Minnesota, and throughout the Twin Cities metropolitan area.

Outside of his law practice, Mr. Conway is heavily involved in his local and professional communities. He is a past chairman and director of the Shakopee Chamber of Commerce, and is the treasurer of Carver County Pheasants Forever. He coaches the Prior Lake Mock Trial team. He has also volunteered for juvenile justice programs, political campaigns, and as an adjunct instructor for law school and high school programs.

In addition, Mr. Conway has provided legal commentary on media outlets, including Fox 9 News and Minnesota Public Radio. He has served as guest lecturer at the University of St. Thomas School of Law and has spoken on civil rights and constitutional topics at Minnesota high schools. Recognizing his accomplishments, the Minnesota Bar Association named him a “North Star Lawyer” for many years.

Mr. Conway graduated cum laude with majors in history and theology from Marquette University. He went on to graduate magna cum laude from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. He holds a license to practice law before all Minnesota state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit.
