Mr. Conway graduated cum laude with majors in history and theology from Marquette University. He went on to graduate magna cum laude from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. He holds a license to practice law before all Minnesota state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit.
