With over two decades of legal experience, I am proud to serve as a shareholder and Managing Partner at Jaspers, Moriarty & Wetherille, P.A., in Shakopee, Minnesota. I focus my practice on litigation and transactional matters, including family law, probate, civil litigation, estate planning, and real estate. Since joining the firm as a law clerk at William Mitchell College of Law, I have remained dedicated to providing practical, client-focused representation across the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota.
Throughout my career, I have handled complex litigation at the trial and appellate levels, including jury trials, bench trials, administrative hearings, and alternative dispute resolution. I bring a creative, solution-oriented approach to every case, often resulting in favorable outcomes for my clients. In addition to my practice, I have been trusted by judges and colleagues to serve in various neutral roles such as receiver, special master, guardian ad litem, arbitrator, special magistrate, and personal representative in contested probate matters. I am also honored to currently serve as the defense counsel for the Scott County Veterans Treatment Court.
Outside the courtroom, I remain deeply engaged in my local community and the legal profession. I have served in leadership roles with several civic and nonprofit organizations, including the Scott County Historical Society, Shakopee Dollars for Scholars, Saints Healthcare Funds, and the Shakopee Chamber of Commerce. I am a regular speaker on estate planning and have contributed to professional discussions on legal marketing and client service.
I am admitted to practice in all Minnesota state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, and the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community Tribal Court. I live in Shakopee with my wife and our three children, and I am passionate about giving back to the community that has supported my legal career and family life.
