Nicole A. Raebel

Shareholder at Jaspers, Moriarty & Wetherille, P.A., Nicole A. Raebel represents clients in Minnesota. Her geographic area includes the Twin Cities, Shakopee, Prior Lake, Chaska, Scott County, Carver County and Dakota County. She practices general law but has experience in general civil litigation, estate planning, business and contract law, family law, debtor/creditor issues and probate. In a few short years, she has represented many clients in a variety of legal issues and uses her experience in all to protect the best interests of every client.

At Winona State University, Ms. Raebel graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, and was on the Dean’s List of Academic Excellence. She then attended law school at the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where she was also on the Dean’s List and earned a Dean’s Award in Mediation. While earning her Juris Doctor, she worked with the Nonprofit Clinic as a Student Certified Attorney. There she gained litigation and transactional experience while working with the attorney offices in both Pennington County and Clearwater County.

Ms. Raebel is admitted to practice in the state of Minnesota and formerly volunteered with the 4th District Ethics Committee of the Minnesota Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility as an investigator. A lifelong resident of the state, she is passionate about offering its residents high-quality legal representation in all matters.
