As a Partner and Shareholder at Jaspers, Moriarty & Wetherille, P.A. in Shakopee, Minnesota, I offer a client-focused, comprehensive legal practice with an emphasis on probate administration, estate planning, guardianships and conservatorships, family law, business law, contracts, and general civil litigation. I bring nearly a decade of experience navigating routine and highly complex legal matters throughout Minnesota.
My legal career began at Jaspers, Moriarty & Wetherille as a Law Clerk at the University of St. Thomas School of Law. Upon earning my J.D. and admission to the Minnesota Bar, I was honored to join the firm as an Associate Attorney and now serve as a Partner. I’ve been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Minnesota for five consecutive years—2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025—an achievement awarded to only a small percentage of attorneys in the state.
I’ve handled over 250 guardianship and conservatorship cases across multiple counties and have represented clients in various legal areas, from estate matters exceeding $1 million in value to complex civil litigation involving contract disputes, adverse possession, nonprofit entities, and more. In addition, I’ve served as a court-appointed Civil Public Defender in over 350 matters in Scott County, reflecting my dedication to ensuring access to justice.
My background in law is complemented by academic excellence, having graduated with honors from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and Winona State University. During law school, I served as Senior Editor of the St. Thomas Journal of Law and Public Policy, earned the Dean’s Award in Mediation, and worked as a Volunteer Investigator with the Minnesota Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility’s 4th District Ethics Committee.
Rooted in Minnesota, where I was born and raised, I remain committed to community service. I currently serve as a board member for Shakopee Dollars for Scholars. I am passionate about helping families plan their futures, resolve disputes, and navigate transitions with clarity and care.
