Alexander W. Rogosheske

An attorney at Rogosheske, Rogosheske & Atkins, PLLC, Alexander W. Rogosheske has a practice that encompasses criminal defense and debt collection activities on behalf of both creditors and debtors. However, Alex does have experience with personal injury and incorporation.  Located in South St. Paul, Minnesota, he furnishes representation to clients throughout the Twin Cities metropolitan area and across the state, and he is admitted to practice before all Minnesota state courts.

In his criminal defense practice, Mr. Rogosheske provides advice and counsel to people who have been charged by the state with the commission of misdemeanor or felony offenses. The types of cases that he has worked on have included homicide, robbery, drug possession and distribution, domestic violence, DWI, sex crimes, and assault. He has been able to obtain positive results for many of these clients, whether through dismissals, acquittals or the negotiation of favorable plea agreements with the prosecution. Mr. Rogosheske's personal injury experience has included truck and other motor vehicle crashes, dog bites, and premises liability.

Majoring in business administration and pre-law, Mr. Rogosheske attended Bowling Green State University, where he played on the school's varsity hockey team before receiving a Bachelor of Science in 2004. He then remained on campus and obtained a Master of Business Administration the following year. After graduate school, Mr. Rogosheske spent two years playing professional hockey with teams in the East Coast Hockey League before enrolling at what was then known as Hamline University School of Law, and he was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2010. While in law school, he clerked for a judge on the Dakota County Circuit Court. In addition to his private practice, Mr. Rogosheske handles criminal defense matters at the First Judicial Public Defender in Hastings, part of the State of Minnesota Board of Public Defense.
