Justin M. Braulick

He has successfully obtained substantial compensation on their behalf, whether by a jury award after a trial or through the negotiation of favorable settlement agreements with insurance companies representing the defendant.

Mr. Braulick’s family law clientele is largely composed of people who are contemplating or who are going through a divorce. He endeavors to help them deal with such matters as property division, spousal and child support, and child custody and visitation in many cases, working with them on the negotiations of a comprehensive settlement agreement and others advocating on their behalf before a family law judge. In his criminal defense practice, Mr. Braulick represents people who have been charged by the state with driving under the influence of alcohol and other misdemeanor and felony offenses.

Mr. Braulick is admitted to practice in Minnesota as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. A 2002 graduate of what was then known as Hamline School of Law, he also has a master's degree in marriage and family therapy.
