As the shareholder and vice president of Reichert Wenner, P.A., located in St. Cloud, Minnesota, Lynne M. Ridgway focuses her practice on family law, mediation and alternative dispute resolution. With decades of legal experience, she works with individuals and families navigating complex domestic matters, helping clients pursue practical and effective resolutions while minimizing conflict whenever possible.
Ms. Ridgway represents clients in a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, parenting time, property division, spousal maintenance and other issues affecting families. Ms. Ridgway earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School. She received her Bachelor of Science degree, graduating summa cum laude, from North Dakota State University. Admitted to practice in Minnesota since 1985, she is also admitted to practice before the U.S. federal courts.
In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Ridgway holds certifications as a family law mediator, a custody and parenting time early neutral evaluator and a financial early neutral evaluator. These credentials reflect her commitment to helping families resolve disputes through informed, balanced and efficient processes.
Ms. Ridgway is active in several professional organizations, including The John E. Simonett Inn of Court, the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association, the Family Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Stearns-Benton Bar Association, Minnesota Women Lawyers, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and the Minnesota State Bar Association's Senior Lawyer Section.
