Michael Rajkowski

Michael Rajkowski is an attorney at Evenson Decker, P.A., based in Saint Cloud, Minnesota, where he represents clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters. His practice encompasses personal injury, wrongful death and contract disputes, as well as business, real estate, estate and trust matters. He works with individuals and businesses, providing counsel on legal issues ranging from litigation to transactional matters.

Mr. Rajkowski’s business law practice includes advising clients on asset and purchase agreements, corporate formation, and the preparation and enforcement of noncompetition and nondisclosure agreements. He also assists clients with real estate matters, including eminent domain proceedings and boundary disputes, while offering guidance on estate and trust issues.

Throughout his career, Mr. Rajkowski has remained active in the legal community through his involvement in several professional organizations. He is a member of the Minnesota Eminent Domain Institute, the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Minnesota Association for Justice, the Seventh Judicial District Association and the Stearns-Benton Bar Association.

Mr. Rajkowski earned his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, in 1988. That same year, he was admitted to practice law in Minnesota. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. Prior to attending law school, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. John's University.
