    Attorney Profile

Amy M. Krupinski is an attorney with Collins, Buckley, Sauntry & Haugh, PLLP, law firm in St. Paul, Minnesota. A top-rated lawyer with more than six years of legal experience, Ms. Krupinski focuses her practice solely on family law, and she provides invaluable counsel and support to clients throughout the greater Twin Cities region and beyond who are going through divorces or have other serious legal issues affecting their families.

Representing a diverse range of clients at various income levels and with differing needs, Ms. Krupinski has proven herself well-adept at handling any type of family law issue, from highly complex financial matters and property division to contentious child custody and support situations. Over the course of her practice, she has achieved considerable success helping her clients resolve their conflicts and reaching favorable agreements while significantly reducing the stress and other negative impact divorce has on her clients and their children.

Outside her legal practice, Ms. Krupinski routinely volunteers with the Minnesota Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, and she serves as co-chair of the organization's education and professional development committee. She also volunteers with the Tubman Safety Project, the Volunteer Lawyers Network and the SMRLS Family Law Clinic.

A 2007 graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Ms. Krupinski attended William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law), where she obtained her Juris Doctor cum laude in 2014. While pursuing her legal degree, she served as assistant editor of the William Mitchell Journal of Law and Practice, and she placed second in the Sarah Weddington National Writing Competition as well as was a semi-finalist at the Rosalie Wahl Moot Court competition.

During this time, Ms. Krupinski completed an externship with the Federal Judicial Center and helped draft a winning brief for the Indian Law Clinic before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit. Upon graduating law school, she served as law clerk at the Hennepin County Family Justice Center and the Morrison County District Court as well as with the Public Health Law Center and a prominent law firm in her area.

Ms. Krupinski is an active member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Minnesota Family Law League, and the Ramsey County and Hennepin County Bar Associations, among her other professional affiliations. She also serves as adjunct professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
