While earning a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Minnesota, he served as an intern with U.S. Senator Paul Wellstone. Upon graduation, Mr. Jagdfeld went to the William Mitchell College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2008. A member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Mr. Jagdfeld is admitted to practice in Minnesota and Colorado, and the U.S. District Courts of Minnesota, Colorado, and the District of Columbia.

Litigating on behalf of victims requires an attorney who has a firm grasp of personal injury law and a willingness to take difficult cases to trial. Jake has extensive experience with safety regulations, including trucking safety, and seeking civil justice for his clients in their claims. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, and has been honored in Top 40 under 40 by The National Trial Lawyers.

Sharing his experiences with others, Mr. Jagdfeld contributes to teaching CLE courses, and is on the Board of Governor with the Minnesota Association for Justice.
