Jared M. Goerlitz

Attorney Jared M. Goerlitz is the founder and owner of Goerlitz Law, PLLC, in St. Paul, Minnesota. Serving clients throughout the Twin Cities region and across the state, Mr. Goerlitz focuses his practice primarily on business and real estate law and litigation as well as on regulatory compliance and commercial transactions. A 2003 cum laude graduate of Ripon College in Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science in economics and business management, Mr. Goerlitz attended William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law) where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2006. That same year, the Minnesota State Bar Association admitted him to practice, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit.

After honing his legal skills at two other prominent area law firms, Mr. Goerlitz established his own private practice in order to better serve his clients, and he has received widespread recognition as one of the top business litigation attorneys in the country.

A consummate professional, Mr. Goerlitz maintains an active presence in a number of local, state and national bar associations, and he serves as a volunteer attorney with LegalCORPS, where he advises and represents small-business owners with their commercial contracts, real estate transactions, purchase and sale agreements, and other related matters.
