Kelly M. McSweeney

Ms. McSweeney offers dedicated representation and a high level of client services across the full range of family law matters.  She earned her bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s College in 1984 and her juris doctor degree cum laude from William Mitchell College of law in 1996.  She was a law clerk for a Hennepin County Judge and a legislative liaison to the Hennepin County Family Court Bench.  She is a volunteer for the Children’s Law Center and the Volunteer Lawyers Network.  Ms. McSweeney has been named to the Minnesota Family Law Super Lawyers list for several years and is AVVO rated.  She is a member of the Hennepin County and Minnesota State Bar Associations, Family Law Sections.
