Linda R. Allen

Attorney Linda R. Allen is a partner at the law firm of Wolf, Rohr, Gemberling & Allen, P.A., in St. Paul, Minnesota. Ms. Allen devotes her practice to family law and serves clients in the Twin Cities and the surrounding metropolitan regions.

Ms. Allen has more than 20 years of experience and handles all types of family law matters, including those involving alimony, child support, custody, dissolutions, divorce, grandparents’ rights, harassment restraining orders, orders for protection, parenting time, post-decree motions, spousal support and third-party custody. She litigates at the trial and appellate levels.

Ms. Allen understands how difficult a divorce or domestic-related legal issue can be, and she is empathetic and tuned in to her clients’ needs. She has the necessary knowledge, skills and experience to help Minnesota residents accomplish their family-related goals during this challenging time of transition.

Recognized for her accomplishments and involvement in significant cases, Ms. Allen previously appeared on Minnesota Public Radio. She has successfully argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals in Minnesota, testified before a Minnesota House of Representatives Committee concerning family law legislation and been quoted by the Associated Press on two occasions. In 2015, the American Academy of Trial Lawyers named her one of the “Premier 100.”

She earned her law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. She received her license to practice law in 1994, which qualifies her to appear before all Minnesota state courts. She is an active member of the Ramsey County Bar Association and a former faculty member for Minnesota’s Family Law Institute.
