I am a partner at the law firm of Walsh & Gaertner, P.A., My practice focuses on representing individuals in personal injury matters in Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. In my over 30 years of being a lawyer, I have helped many clients facing complex personal injury challenges.
My legal career began in 1992 after earning a law degree from William Mitchell College of Law. In 1998, I was granted admission to the State Bar of Wisconsin allowing me to represent clients from both the states.
For over 10-years in a row, I have been selected to the Minnesota Super Lawyers list which is an honor that is limited to 5% of the attorneys in Minnesota. Avvo has provided me its "Superb" rating. The National Association of Distinguished Counsel has placed me on its list of the top 1 percent of personal injury attorneys in the country. Martindale-Hubbell has given me its highest rating for Legal Ability and Ethical Standards.
